Matthew Leonard Joins S&S as a Loss Control / Safety Specialist

EAST PROVIDENCE, RI August 2023 – Starkweather & Shepley Insurance Brokerage, Inc. (S&S) is pleased to welcome Matthew Leonard to our Loss Control Division as a Loss Control / Safety Specialist where he will assist clients with developing and implementing “Best-in-Class” safety.

Matthew has over 25 years of experience in the Loss Control and Safety industry. He has held positions of Vice President, Safety & Loss Control and Director of Environmental Health & Safety for several New England corporations. Some of Matthew’s designations include CRIS, TRIP, CHSO, and HAZWOPER/HAZMAT Train the Trainer. He attended and received several certifications from Keene State College and received two degrees from CCRI (Fire Science & General Business).
