If purchased, Limit is the same as P & I. Crew Coverage is rated Vessel Specific with minimum (1) Crew per vessel. Roving Crew Coverage is available subject to underwriting. Owner/Operators are not eligible for Crew Coverage; however, the Policy provides $10,000 for Medical Payments.

MARINE GENERAL LIABILITY INCLUDING MARINA OPERATORS LEGAL LIABILITY AND SHIP/BOAT REPAIRERS LIABILITY Marine General Liability provides Coverage for Bodily Injury and Property Damage as a result of your premises and/or Shore Side Operations. Marina Operators Legal Liability provides Legal Liability Coverage for Vessels in your care, custody or control for the Operations indicated below.

Provide a breakdown of repair work performed

Extends P & I Coverage for hired Captain/Crew while “over-the-side” to depths of 30’. Hired Captain/Crew Coverage must be purchased in order to obtain this Coverage

Extended Coverage may include fines, penalties and First Party clean-up as well as Third Party Liabilities

Provides Bodily Injury and Property Damage for Hired & Non-Owned autos. (Only available for operators that do not own or lease any commercial autos and subject to placement of Marine General Liability)

Building~Contents~Equipment. Subject to completion of Supplemental Application and Underwriting approval.

Provides Excess Liability Coverage over Scheduled Underlying Coverages. The P&I limit must be $1,000,000 in order to obtain Excess Liability Coverage.

The completion and signing of this application does not bind the Applicant or this Company to effect Insurance on this risk. This application is submitted for purposes of rating and quotation only, if acceptable by this Company, it is agreed the information furnished here shall be the basis of the contract shall a Policy be issued.
