Starkweather & Shepley Welcomes Tom Rogers to the Human Services Practice as Senior Vice President
EAST PROVIDENCE, RI DECEMBER 2025 – Starkweather & Shepley Insurance Brokerage, Inc. is excited to announce that Tom Rogers has joined the firm as Senior Vice President within its Human Services Practice Group.
Tom brings more than 20 years of experience delivering innovative, client-focused insurance and risk advisory solutions across the nonprofit and human services sectors. The majority of his career was spent at Fred C. Church Insurance, where he built a strong reputation for his deep understanding of the unique challenges facing human service organizations. Following Fred C. Church’s acquisition, Tom continued to serve clients under AssuredPartners and later Gallagher, expanding his expertise and leadership within the industry.
