Starkweather & Shepley Insurance Welcomes Mike Bradica to the Financial Institutions Practice Group
EAST PROVIDENCE, RI – OCTOBER 2026 – Starkweather & Shepley Insurance Brokerage, Inc. is excited to announce that Mike Bradica has joined the firm as a Business Development Risk Advisor for the Financial Institutions Practice Group.
In this role, Mike will work closely with financial institutions to understand their unique business and risk management needs and help connect them with insurance solutions designed to support their organizations. He will also focus on developing relationships with current and prospective clients and expanding Starkweather & Shepley’s presence within the financial services community.
Mike brings experience in business development, relationship management, and financial services to his new role. His background and understanding of the financial institutions sector will complement Starkweather & Shepley’s team of professionals and further strengthen the firm’s capabilities in serving banks, credit unions, investment firms, and other financial organizations.
