We believe part of our obligation as an Employer of Choice is to not only encourage community engagement, volunteerism, and advocacy but also to help strengthen our employees’ efforts in the form of a matching gift. We celebrate our employees and their passions!
If you are an S&S employee interested in requesting a Matching Gift, please complete this form. Every S&S employee is eligible to receive one matching gift of up to $100 annually, to an approved 501(c)(3) charitable organization of choice. Each employee must provide documentation of their personal contribution of $100 to receive a match.
We review all requests biweekly and will respond accordingly.
This form will take approximately 10 minutes to complete, and it’s recommended you have all applicable information related to your request nearby for precise completion. Please note this form will not allow you to save your work for completion at a later date. You must start over if you exit the form before submitting it on the final screen.
All requests are subject to approval. S&S will not provide employee matches for does not support requests related to athletic sponsorships, politically-driven campaigns, or faith-based campaigns, as well as crowd-funded or Go Fund Me campaigns.
