Flo DuPerry, Senior VP of HR at Starkweather & Shepley

Flo DuPerry, CPSP™ joined Starkweather & Shepley in 2012. She has spent her entire career in the insurance industry, working in Claims, Underwriting and then moving into Human Resources in 2005. Flo obtained her Human Resources Certification from Bryant University, her training certification from Brown University and is a proud graduate of The University of Connecticut. Go Huskies!

As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, she supports the organization by bringing in the best-in-class talent, sourcing and offering an exceptional health and welfare benefits package and helping to shape a world-class environment where our stakeholders can grow and succeed. Flo also leads our HR Practice Group, offering HR Consulting Services to S&S clients. She and her team support clients with some of their most pressing HR needs, concerns and questions.

Kathryn Jordan is a retirement plan counselor at Capital Group, home of American Funds, responsible for sales of recordkeeping solutions as well as defined contribution investment only efforts in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, and parts of Massachusetts. She has 15 years of industry experience and has been with Capital Group for seven years. Prior to joining Capital, Kathryn worked as a regional vice president at Ascensus. Before that, she was an associate director of DCIO at John Hancock. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Bowdoin College. She also holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® and Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist® designations. Kathryn is based in Portsmouth, N.H.

Tricia Driscoll, Executive Director at Center for Mediation

Tricia Driscoll is the Executive Director of the Center for Mediation and Collaboration RI. She holds a B.A. in Sociology-based Human Relations from Connecticut College and M.A.T. from RI College. In her 25+ years of non-profit experience, Tricia has worked to help individuals and groups develop positive communication and leadership skills. She has a B.A. in Sociology-based Human Relations from Connecticut College and a M.A.T. from RI College. She is a trained mediator, also certified in Workplace Mediation. Tricia facilitates professional development workshops in community mediation, de-escalation, leading across generations, peer mediation, navigating change, leadership development, conflict resolution and communication. She currently serves on the steering committee of the Bristol Health Equity Zone (BHEZ), as a commissioner on the RI Commission on Prejudice and Bias, as an officer of the Wakefield Rotary Club and the President of the Northeast District Chapter of P.E.O. International.

Stephanie P. Manzi, Professor of Criminal Justice at Roger Williams University

Stephanie P. Manzi is a professor of Criminal Justice at Roger Williams University where she teaches courses in policing and criminology. She earned a Ph.D. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, College Park. Stephanie was trained in facilitative mediation by CMCRI in 2016. Since then, she has been an active mediator in the RI District Court and has mediated many private cases with specialties in family, human resources, landlord/tenant, and small claims. Stephanie is also an instructor for Basic Mediation Training, both at the Center for Mediation and Collaboration RI and at the University of Rhode Island. In addition to Basic Mediation, she also teaches classes on Implicit Bias and Generational Diversity in the Workplace.
